Modern comfortable 3 bedroom house in the North East of Tenerife. Ideal for families. Fully renovated. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a third bedroom with a single bed. Every bedroom has a wardrove. Two bathroom, one with bathtub and bidet, and another with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob and fridge-freezer. Dining room with big table. Livingroom with TV and board games. There are a balcony and a big rooftop terrace with views to the sea and the mountain.

5-minute drive from the sea. Very close to Anaga mountains, Puerto de la Cruz, San Cristóbal de La Laguna and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Lots of local amenities within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, theatre, shops). You can enjoy hiking or surfing nearby, or visit any of the several natural pools in the region. The house is located in a small village with a lot of activity during the day, but the nights are quiet. There is a bus stop that can take you to the beach or the major cities right around the corner
