Brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a 120sqm solarium with seaviews and views on the swimming pools. Furnished to a high standard and fully equipped for a self-catering holiday Ideal for several couples and families with kids. There are 2 outdoor parking spots within the gated compound, one with a bike stand for 5 bikes (in case you bring/rent bikes). It has a fully equipped american style kitchen: oven/microwave, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and all necessary crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. The dining area has an extendable table that fits 6/8 and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The living area consists of a sofa and LED TV. The 1st bedroom: king size bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom: single beds . The 4th bedroom: queens size bed. All bedrooms have bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Two badrooms: first one comes with walk-in shower, double basin and a toilet. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bath and single basin. There is a seperate 2nd toilet. The patio doors lead out onto the front terrace which has a table and chairs for outside dining. From here there is a stair to the 120sqm solarium with stunning views and outdoor shower
The apartment in Pilar de Horadada is located at an easy 20-25 minute walk or 3 minutes drive from the sea and beaches with a number of great bars and restaurants. The stunning beaches of the Med Sea are just 1200 m away, the warm shallow waters are perfect for families of all ages, many water sports are also available and due to the calm waters the area is perfect to try out something new such as kite surfing and wind surfing. The historic Roman naval city of Cartagena is just 35 minutes drive and is a must for all, relax with a drink in the large marina watching the boats come and go, wander the narrow streets with fabulous architecture or visit the amazing Roman amphitheatre. If Golf is what you are looking for then you are coming to the best area, there are over 20 courses all within a maximum of 30 minutes drive. The closest one is at 6 km from the apartment.
