The house was well presented,clean, had everything we wanted for a week's holiday. All gadgets in the kitchen worked well. There was plenty of parking. There were lots of good places to walk the dogs.

Luxurious townhouse just a step away from the beach. Perfect for your family holiday surrounded by nature. Overlooking the natural park of Las Salinas de Santa Pola and just a step from the Pinet "Pinada" and beach is ideal for resting and relaxing. The whole property is rented and is fully equipped with everything you need. The accommodation is 150 meters from the Natural Park Las Salinas where lots of birds nest and the splendid El Pinet beach is only 500 meters away. From Santa Pola, which is about 10 km, you can navigate to the Marine Nature Reserve of the island of Tabarca and spend a beautiful day diving in its clear waters. The communal pool, surrounded by natural grass, is just 5 metres away from the house. The El Pinet beach is just 400 meters away, and is directly accessible by paved and well-lighted roads that connect the house with the seaside (about 10-minute walk). If you prefer to drive, a big public, free parking lot is available at just 25 meters away from the seaside.

El Pinet de La Marina is one of the local's favorite areas to spend the day surrounded by nature. The beach is semi-virgin with natural dunes and surrounded by native vegetation, with clear waters and calm waves throughout the year. The area is very wide and spacious, extended in a large area with low houses built on rustic Mediterranean style as well as some houses with modern style, giving the neighborhood a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity. The Pinet is strategically located and with multiple services in the area, while enjoying absolute tranquility in a residential area protected by the Valencian Community. In the next months the construction of an ecological walk and a large park for children will be completed in the various lots bordering the nature reserve, located just opposite to the house. The walks and roads already available will be integrated and embellished to give a unique harmonic, ecological urbanist value to the whole area. This ensures pleasant walks through an extensive area in a safe and familiar environment, without the hustle and bustle of local shops, restaurants or night clubs, preserving the natural environment that surrounds us.
