Newly built with an outstanding sea view. 5 minutes walk from Las Canteras beach and Las Arenas shopping center. It is located next door to the golf course and equipped with a large pool and gym. The apartment is for those who want well-equipped accommodation with a high standard. Large kitchen, workplace, and three bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Large balcony with panoramic views. The guest has free access to 2 bicycles, beach tennis, snorkeling kit, dart board, bocce/Petanque set (there is a pétanque court in the garden of the house), beach chair, beach parasol, Xbox One, board games, body boards, beach playing kit for children, big bag of Lego. ...THE SPACE::: 2 large bedrooms with 160 cm comfortable IKEA double bed. | 1 small bedroom with a pull-out bed (160 cm wide). This room also has a 140 cm * 60 cm desk with a qualitative monitor. | Large living room with sofa and dining table. | Balcony with a table for 4 persons and a very comfortable armchair. | Well-planned and fully equipped kitchen. | !!! For 4 guests or less bookings, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom are included. If you want access to an additional bedroom/bathroom, you must make a reservation for 5 people. !!! For the children: The apartment has a travel cot, a high chair, a baby swing, a foldable stroller, and cutlery/plates for children. !!! The apartment has an age limit of 25 years. !!! It is allowed to bring ONE dog to the apartment but it must be notified in advance and cost 100 euro. Other things to note This is my second Airbnb property. I already have Villa Violetta, Gran Canaria's highest-rated large luxury villa.
