Beautiful modern apartment, recently renovated to luxury standards, in the heart of the city center, wonderfully connected, the Explanada de España Boulevard (main avenue of Alicante's city and the Old Town) is 500 meters from the apartment ,less than 1 km the beach access, while the Cathedral of San Nicolas de Bari is 700 meters away: everything is close/ in a walking distance: Alfonso el Sabio, Plaza de los Luceros. Ideal for couples, families or groups of up to 6 people and baby. All rooms are exterior, with incredible soundproofing and air-conditioning to enjoy being in the center of the city of leisure, shopping

The apartment is located in the CITY CENTRE, next to "Avenida Alfonso el Sabio", "Avenida Maisonnave", and "Plaza de los Luceros" (Main shopping area of the city). Just 50 metres away is "La Rambla" (main street of Alicante), the famous Postiguet Beach, the Port and the Old Town, full of bars, restaurants and all kinds of services. You also have in the same street a very new park (called Plaza Seneca) with terraces and lively "chiringuitos".
