Property info

This apartment in Mojon Hills has outstanding sea views, and has extra terraces, to make your holiday in Isla Plana just a little bit special! The apartment is on the upper level, accessed by a wide central walkway and stairs, and has a large front terrace , a side terrace and terrace in the back with wonderful sea views over the Mediterranean and the Bay of Mazarrón. The front door leads into an open plan living area with comfortable seating, TV and dining area and french windows leading to the terrace. wifi available. The kitchen has a oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. There is a second access door from the kitchen onto the large terrace. The shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and basin. The master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and patio windows onto the terrace. The second bedroom is a twin room also with fitted wardrobes, making the apartment ideal family accommodation. There are ceiling ventilators in the bedrooms and living room. Pets are not permitted.

Neighborhood info

The village of Isla Plana is a 10 minute walk away from the complex and there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants and a sandy beach within easy reach. A larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards. The marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also just a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The property is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy! The region of Murcia offers thousands of possibilities for every option, and beaches are not an exception. Here you will find infinate ways of living and enjoying the Costa Calida. Murcia offers a wide range of beautiful beaches many being blue flag beaches. Here you will find many water sport facilities, and plenty of things to occupy the children. With golden sanded beaches, natural settings, localities with a rugged coastline, here there is something for everyone.
