Property info

Right in the centre of Palma and very close to the beach, this 5-storey house offers 4 guests a dream second home. The upper terrace is undoubtedly the perfect place to indulge in the best of coffees, to relax on the sun loungers, or to sip a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset. The interior of the property offers an exquisite combination of classic Mallorcan pieces with modern elements and parquet floors. The rooms are distributed over three floors. On the second floor you will find the living room, equipped with TV and DVD player, which shares space with the dining room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare great dishes. For your relaxation, there are two bedrooms. Located on the floor below the living room, one of them offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is on the upper floor above the living room and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. All rooms have AC. On the top floor there is the terrace, a second kitchen with a small fridge, sink, crockery and cutlery, and the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location is privileged since the house is located in the old town of Palma, thus its beauty is unmatched and any service is accessible on foot. When first coming to the streets, you have all kinds of bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, shops, bus stops, and much more. You can even reach the beach with a pleasant walk, due to the fact that the Paseo Marítimo de Palma beach is only 1.3 km away. There are 6 km to the port, 8.7 km to the airport and 7.5 km to the Son Muntaner golf course. In short, you can not miss a vacation in this home!
