Spectacular newly renovated penthouse in front of the cathedral. Exceptional panoramic terrace of 30 m2 with 320º views of all Granada. Four bedrooms (one quadruple and three doubles) and two bathrooms (one of them with independent access to the toilet), all exterior and super bright. Spacious living-dining room and kitchen. Equipped for maximum comfort, quality and service: extra-large beds with firm and comfortable mattresses, gradual lighting, mechanized blinds/shutters, remote control, high quality windows, soundproof doors, floor-level showers with rain and waterfall effects, Japanese style toilets, cinema projector, second kitchen... It has an ingenious distribution that will surprise you. Three bedrooms are connected (you can choose to use them separately, join two of them or all three), the two bathrooms have a double entrance allowing direct access (en-suite) to the bathrooms from three rooms. One of the bathrooms has a separate toilet with double access from the bathroom and the hallway.
⦿ Bedroom ❶ SUITE: one 180 cm wide bed (possibility to split into 2 90 cm wide beds) and a second 150 cm wide double bed; en-suite bathroom and beautiful views of the west side of the city. ⦿ Bedroom ❷ KING: huge 210 cm wide bed (possibility to split into 2 of 105); en-suite bathroom, private balcony with views and TV. ⦿ Bedroom ❸ QUEEN: fantastic 180 cm bed (possibility of dividing into 2 of 90) oriented to contemplate Sierra Nevada from it. ⦿ BEDROOM ❹ PANORAMA: sofa convertible into double bed of 140 cm; en-suite bathroom, small kitchenette, cinema projector, with the largest window in the apartment. ⦿ Requests for a crib bed and two double sofa beds in living room are accepted. The accommodation offers a number of rooms according to the size of the reservation according to the following scheme: ⦿ 1-6 persons: 2 rooms (❶ SUITE + ❷ KING) + 2 double sofa beds in living room; ⦿ 7-8 persons: 3 bedrooms (❶ SUITE + ❷ KING + ❹ PANORAMA) + 2 double sofa beds in living room; ⦿ 9-10 persons: full apartment. For bookings of up to 6 people, you have access to a bathroom + toilet. That bathroom (shower) has en-suite access from the bedroom ❶ SUITE and the toilet from the hallway. There are 3 sinks, two in the bathroom and one in the toilet. From 7 persons and above, there is another full bathroom with two sinks and direct en-suite access from rooms ❷ KING and ❹ PANORAMA. If you wish to have more rooms than the corresponding number of people, you must make the reservation with the minimum number of people that allows it.
With a privileged location in the heart of Granada, the main sights of the city (Cathedral, Plaza Bibrambla, Puerta Real, Alhambra, Albaicin, etc.) are within walking distance from the accommodation. The area is surrounded by countless restaurants, stores and entertainment venues. It is the best area of Granada to enjoy the atmosphere of the city center. The Mercado de San Agustín (just across the street) is the city's large food market (greengrocers, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries, etc.), offering numerous stalls to eat, have tapas and taste or buy local products. In addition, the most central parking of the city is next to the apartment, where we offer a parking space on request. Just 40 m from the entrance of the building, with elevator at street level for an expeditious route of steps, so transporting wheeled suitcases is really comfortable.
