Host is lovely and very helpful plus being a great communicator. Fabulous views and very peaceful. Comfy beds, great WiFi, all mod-cons. Near the town but far enough away too!

The hosts were kind and attentive. The house was very clean and a good size for our family. We enjoyed the pool very much.
It was very nice that the house was well equipped with kitchen utensils, but also little things like salt & pepper, oil and paper towels. This made us feel at home

Frigiliana is the most beautiful village in Spain, without doubt.
It provides access to beautiful natural parks that lead deep into the mountains. Lovely for those who like warmth, rest, hikes, and nature.

A town most tourist visit for one day turns out to be an idyllic home base to visit the sights. Beach within car distance/great bus service. Fabulous restaurants but quiet feel and great views. Hiking in the area is lovely but good condition and shoes required
Would absolutely recommend to stay on frigiliana rather than the seaside town of Nerja.
Eat in El Casino rooftop terrace or La taberna de sachristan across the church for amazing quality food.

A pretty village with plenty of shops and particularly good restaurants.. Stunning views. good access to motorway so travelling around is easy, but also has walking trails.
Close enough to the coast for beach lovers, although the beaches are grey and gritty.

A beautiful village with opportunities for hiking and more gentle walks. Rich history to be discovered for the curious. I walked in the canyon to the east of the village and hiked up to Pinto de Cruz - a nearby hill with exceptional panoramic views. Also enjoyed a walk up to the remains of the Muslim castle above Frigiliana, which also had amazing views. I didn't eat out but I enjoyed an aperitif with olives and cheese in a friendly bar in the village most evenings.

Frigiliana is a beautiful Pueblo Blanco.
Frigiliana is a beautiful Pueblo Blanco. The town is inland and fairly high up...but it's an easy drive to get there. Frigiliana is full of history with tiny winding car free streets, surrounded by gorgeous views and pine trees and deep ravines. There are beautiful churches, gorgeous restaurants and loads of small tucked away pubs. I recommend taking the footpath to the top of the hill behind the village...if you're fit and able and have a head for heights....some parts have a sheer drop. You will walk through amazing flora. The top has a ruined castle built by the Moors around 700AD, and incredibly they installed a hydraulic water system taking spring water down to the village. Walking back down takes you through beautiful gardens with incredible flowers....finally arriving at a beautiful bar with incredible views of the mountains and sea.

A beautiful little town wjth plenty to do and nice bars and restaurants.Interesting local history and spectacular scenery. Some great walks around the town although it is hilly and if you have reduced mobility you could struggle a bit.
Not too far from the coast and a regular bus service runs into Nerja too.A lovely place to stay if you don’t want a typical beach holiday.
Location superb, amazing views and so peaceful. Less than a 20 min walk to the old town of Frigiliana, a bit of a hill on the way back but not worth getting in the car. WhatsApp support from the host prior to arrival first class. An hour to Granada and 15 mins to the beaches in Nerja by car if you can bare to drag yourself away.
Location is very central but take into account many steps to reach the center of Frigiliana (bit difficult with luggage, you cannot get by car to the old part of the city and to the hotel). Room was very nice (a bit small , with sink in the bedroom). Pool is really cool and overall it was a very good experience
