Property info

Modern flat located in the Harmony Urbanization and consists of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and solarium. Bright living room, with sea views and direct access to the terrace, decorated with retro style furniture, a chaise-longue sofa and a smart TV. The dining room has a table for 6 people. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. All kitchen utensils are provided. Attached is the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment. Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The 1st guest bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Large terrace with outdoor table to enjoy family meals. Solarium with about 60 m2, chill-out area and hammock area. Air conditioning, wifi and free parking space. We provide free bath towels and bed linen to our guests and for a small extra charge we provide beach towels. In the community there are garden areas and 2 communal swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

Neighborhood info

Our modern apartment is in La Cala de Mijas, just 15 minutes by car from La Cala beach or Butibamba beach and a few meters from the La Cala Golf Club golf course. 20 minutes from Fuengirola and 30 minutes from Marbella by car. If you want to do activities there are the Aquamijas water parks in Mijas and Aqualand in Torremolinos, if you prefer another type of activity there is Aventura Amazonia in Marbella and the Selwo Aventura zoo.
