Beautiful modern villa close to Cala Codolar and the 7 Pines Luxury Resort. It's comfortable and well illuminated in which you will be able to enjoy your vacations in the island of Ibiza. With afenced plot of 160m2, this villa has wonderful sights to the sea as well as a panoramic pool, making it your ideal place for your vacation.The property offers plenty of space and several outside terraces and chill-outs so everyone has ther own space. Sea views and walking distance to the beach. - No parties allowed at the property and no music can be played after 23h. - With any reservation for our villas, periodic cleaning and change of sheets is included in the price.
