Most of them are owners, who own a holiday home in the province of Alicante, but cannot personally take care of their guests because they do not live nearby. What motivates us? To work in a collaborative way, earning only when our clients earn and in proportion to their income in order to remain agile, efficient and transparent in our management. To create bonds of trust with the local community and to participate positively, and in a sustainable way, in Alicante's economy. And most importantly, to provide the service we would like to receive, both to our clients and to the guests we look after from all over the world. See you soon!

Newly refurbished ground floor flat just a stone's throw from Plaza Pío XII. It can accommodate up to 3 people, as it has a double bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The accommodation has been refurbished this year, has a surface area of 67m2 and everything you need for your stay. It is just a short walk from a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and Alicante life! This modern flat is distributed in an open plan area between the entrance, the living-dining room and the kitchen. Perfect for enjoying the company of your loved ones while cooking something. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, etc. It also has a large double bedroom with split air conditioning, wardrobe and a small table. The room communicates with the patio as well as the kitchen. Ideal for a cool drink in the patio. Guests have access to the whole flat and it is for their exclusive use. The accommodation has no parking but you can park on the street for free in the surrounding streets. The flat has Wifi and Smart TV. There is also a washing machine. Important note: This accommodation complies with the regulations* for licensed tourist accommodation regarding the registration of travellers. All guests over 14 years of age must complete an electronic arrival report with their identification details via a link. *Order INT/321/2021 of 31 March.
