This new freshly renovated apartment is located in Fuengirola Los Pacos only 1 km to Los Boliches beach. To the sea it is about 15 minutes walk. The sunny apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator and has the south side, a sea view, a separate bedroom, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning is available in both rooms. There is a sofa bed in the living room, it is 1,40 cm wide and 2,00 cm long. A TV is also available, as well as air conditioning. The kitchen is located in the living area and is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, stove top, open, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and everything else you need for daily needs. There is a dining table for 4 people in the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 1.80 cm wide and 2.00 cm long, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Furthermore, there is a closet and a smart TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a toilet, sink and a pisuar. The balcony is equipped with a table and 2 chairs and an awning, free sea view. Towels and bed linen are available free of charge. Free parking is available in front of the house.
We, the landlords and owners Robert and Tatjana 45 years young, live ourselves in Fuengirola and are always trying to make our guests a nice and pleasant vacation. That means we make with you the key handover, explain everything to you and are always, if there should be questions or problems for you there and also quickly on the spot. In the courtyard there is a pool, next to the house there is a paddle tennis court. Likewise, there are children's playgrounds nearby. A supermarket is located in the house, as well as other supermarkets nearby. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, cafeteria, bakery and also a pharmacy. In front of the house is a bus stop where you can go to Los Boliches or Fuengirola or to the shopping center Miramar.
