The Apartment is on the 1st floor with a lift and it has 3 good size bedrooms , One double with ensuite and 2 x twin rooms , It has a good size living room and dining area and a modern kitchen . The apartment offers a large terrace with seating for 6 people overlooking the local golf course , Below the property is a good selection of bars and restaurants and the entrance too the Mar Menor golf resort is 5 minutes walk away . also a SPAR Supermarket .. In the resort you can pay to use many amenities including swimming pool , Gym , Padel Tennis etc , The beach is a 10 minute drive away around 7km .
A few days before your arrival we will send you a location pin and we will arrange for someone to meet you with the keys on your arrival .
The Apartment is located just outside the Mar Menor Resort and has many restaurants and bars available , The property is 10 minutes drive from the beach around 7km
