It is a 2-bedroom apartment in a farm located in a very quiet area where you can enjoy the sea view when you have breakfast on the terrace and feel at home with all the elements you need as well as a wonderful private solarium on the top of the house. It has a full kitchen, TV, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING THROUGH DUCTS, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom. Very close to beaches, shopping center, restaurants, golf courses. Ideal Couples and families with children where you can combine relaxation, entertainment and visits to nearby cities of cultural interest.

Commercial area in Boulevard LA ZENIA with more than 100 stores and supermarkets 3 kms. Very close golf courses: Vollamartín, Campoamor, La Rambla, etc. Wide range of restaurants with Mediterranean, Italian, Argentine, Indian, German food, etc. Interesting to visit cities like Murcia, Cartagena, Elche and Alicante. Many small natural blue flag beaches within a 10 km radius. The Salinas de Torrevieja are famous where salt is extracted from the sea.
