Price was much below similar properties around, making this one very attractive even if the apartment feels outdated on some parts (such as worn out water taps or wardrobe doors). Good location, close to main road and Alcala beach. Owner Rudi, great to talk with.

You have a unique opportunity to experience a perfect family holiday or an unforgettable remote-work experience in the spacious apartment in the warmest part of the Tenerife South. The town of Alcala offers an ideal climate all year round with an abundance of sunshine
Alcalá is a great place to explore the island, from hiking to swim, from north to south. I personally travel a lot and I always do my best to make your holiday the best in your lifetime.
Alcala is an ideal spot as a base for exploring the island. A couple of minutes up north you can take breathtaking views from the Los Gigantes cliffs. Once there, you may want to visit the beautiful blue flag black sand beach Playa de la Arena in the close town of Puerto de Santiago. A couple of minutes of a drive to the other direction you will find one of the best beaches on the island, the Playa Abama, part of the Ritz Carlton Abama complex. The true gem of Tenerife. The beach is a 5-minute walk with access to the newly build natural ocean pools safe to swim overseen by the lifeguards. The promenade is family-friendly with multiple playgrounds, a skatepark, an outdoor workout area, 3 new black sand beaches and a walking pathway. You can enjoy a glass of fresh-pressed orange juice in the beach bar. In the middle of the promenade, you will find cash & carry open daily until 3 pm if you are to shop a bit more on the budget. The traditional part of Alcala town offers another beach near with a safe entrance with stainless steel rails next to the small harbor for fishermen boats. You find many nice restaurants around the harbor and a local fruit shop in the central square.
