Located in a privileged area, the Urbanization Lagos de Santa Maria Golf is surrounded by nature and green areas, providing a peaceful and natural environment for your stay. The flat features a spacious, well-lit bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed to ensure a good night's rest. The living room is the perfect place to relax after the beach or after a day of golf. It features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (size 1,40m), a flat screen TV and large windows that allow in natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding green environment and the sea. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The bathroom has a modern and clean design, with a bathtub. The flat has a large private balcony where you can enjoy your meals, your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The views of the sea and the green area surrounding the golf course are simply enchanting. The property has a private parking space in an underground garage in the same building, which allows direct access to the apartment with a lift.

The urbanization is only a few minutes away from the centre of Elviria, where you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all kinds of services.
