Multiple lodging with three lofts. Each loft is suitable for 2 or 3 guests and each one has double room, bathroom and kitchen-dining room. The lofts are side by side and they are sharing the principal entrance and the corridor. There's one loft with balcony, one where the windows overlooks to interior gallery and one where the windows overlooks exterior yard. There are double size beds (135 cm) in the bedrooms, sofa beds , WIFI, air conditioner, heater, water heater, safe boxes, equipped kitchen, toiletries, and more.
The lodging is located on a quiet area yet surrounded by pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, shops and public transport stops. It is one of the best areas well-considered by the local people for living, because it is quite zone but near the downtown. Our lodgings are walking distance from main atractions such as Plaza de Toros, 3 minutes, where you can find public transportation to the Alicante´s University and other interesting points of the city. The Monte Tossal (Saint Fernando Castle) is at 3 minutes. The Mercado Central (Central Market) is located at 6 minutes walking. "El Barrio" (the antique neighborhood) is at 10 minutes. Plaza de los Luceros, 12 minutes. Train Station, 15 minutes. Paseo de la Explanada (the main sidewalk of the port) 18 minutes and Postiguet Beach is at 1,5 km, so you can reach it in below than 20 minutes.
