This property is part of a new build complex in Torre de la Horadada and has been built to a very high standard. It is located on the 1st floor and has a spacious front terrace and a large roof solarium. It has a great communal pool and Jacuzzi located within the enclosed and secure garden area of the complex. It has a built-in air conditioning system, free Wi-Fi and the TV service. The apartment is furnished to a very good standard. The main double bedroom has an en-suite. The second bedroom has an access to an additional WC/shower room. All the bedding & towels are provided, including beach towels. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen crockery. The washing machine and the clothes dryers are provided. The front terrace of the apartment is 20 m sq, and is furnished with a table, chairs and parasol. The solarium is 60 m sq. and is furnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Part of the solarium is equipped with an awning to provide shade. The apartment has a secure front door and the electronic security shutters on all windows, that allows for ease of use & safety.
