Amazing renovated single bedroom apartment in Playa del Inglés. Composed of a really spacious bedroom with single beds, a full-equipped kitchen, a nice living room and a balcony with nice views to the common areas and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is part of a resort with common pool and garden areas. At walking distance from the beach, amenities and main shopping centres.

Neighborhood info

Playa del Inglés is an area of Maspalomas, with a wide variety of shopping centers, hotels and apartment buildings or landscaped bungalow complexes, where the residential population alternates with the tourist occupation. It is also a well-known mecca of gay tourism, especially popular for non-Europeans. Playa del Inglés is the east coast of the Maspalomas dunes, from Punta Maspalomas to San Agustín Beach, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, belonging to the Canarian archipelago (Spain). This beach has about 3km, the same extension as Maspalomas, and has an average width of 100m. It's fine golden sand and calm waters have made it one of the most popular beaches in the whole country. Receive visitors during the twelve months of the year.
