#TravellerReviewAwards2022 The villa is located in a unique location, 50 meters from the sea, between two seas!!!🚩 Enjoy staying in the Superb Luxury villa in La Manga del Mar Menor (meaning "The Sandbar of the Minor Sea") is a seaside spit of Mar Menor in the Region of Murcia, Spain. The strip is 21 km long and 100 metres wide (average), separating the Mediterranean Sea from the Mar Menor (Minor Sea) lagoon, from Cabo de Palos to the Punta del Mojón. Location is out of this world ! Private Swimming Pool, parking, recreation Unique area. For 8 person. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Kitchen, large Living room and Terraces. Fully furnished and equipped. There are 2 refrigerators *1 refrigerator and washing machine purchased on August 2, 2021. ✓1 new beverage freezer purchased in 2025. ✓A new dish washing machine (16.08.2024). ✓ The last maintenance of the blinds was carried out in February 2025. Everything works properly. ✓ The new barbecue equipment was purchased in May 2025. Fabulous view of the Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor laguna. Large solarium, Patio, Barbeque, Garden. Large flat-screen. *CHECK IN BEFORE 16:00 AND AFTER 19:00 (IF IT'S POSSIBLE) may cost extra fee.

You will live on the peninsula of La Manga (Murcia) in luxury villa with one of the most privileged views in the area. The Marina is located a walking distance away/ A lot of bars and restaurants with local atmosphere and fantastic fresh food from fresh fish and shellfish to grilled meats and sumptuous salads. Golf clubs located nearby as well as a diving center, tennis courts and children's park.
