If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and are looking for a quiet place on the Costa del Sol and 5 minutes from the center of Nerja, where to disconnect and enjoy at the same time its beautiful beaches and natural landscapes, this is your ideal home. With all the privacy, tranquility and beautiful views that this private villa enjoys, you can forget about all the problems and rest on your vacation.
The property is located in an idyllic area. It is located in a rural environment near one of the rivers in Nerja. In addition, there is no neighbor directly adjacent to the property, so the property enjoys excellent privacy and tranquility. Despite this, there are several properties in the immediate vicinity, so the property is not far from isolated. Among the many positive points that the property has, one of them is that it is an area where you can leisurely stroll along the many trails that exist in the immediate vicinity, so if you like hiking or simply intend to enjoy a quiet walk along the nature this area is ideal for you. The second positive point is that it is located near the urban core. Most of the rural properties that exist in Nerja are much farther from the center, in the mountains. This property, however, is located only about 5 minutes from the center. To stay on the property you need a car as public transport does not come close to the property. The closest bus stop connecting to the center is about a 25-minute walk away.
