Charming Villa in extensive, private and electric gated garden plot with large Swimming Pool ideal for sunbathing or doing some laps to keep in shape and Solar Shower with cold and hot water. (WARNING: Deep pool. Children MUST be supervised at all times). Upstairs Terrace with amazing views to the sea and the Castle of Peñíscola. Downstairs Terrace with BBQ and large table with lovely views to the Swimming Pool. Both terraces are great for enjoying all your meals and relaxing day or evening.
Quiet neighbourhood with fantastic views in the Atalayas area of Peñíscola. Easy access to the centre of Peñíscola and beach area on foot or by car. Lovely walk downhill towards the centre of town. Around twenty to thirty minutes. But it could be challenging walking up the hill on the way back on a hot day! The use of a car is recommended.
