Everyday there was a cleaner to make the room clean and comfortable to stay. Towels and bed sheets are changed everyday too. The breakfast was fantastic. Dana the receptionist is so sweet and nice. The hotel has easy access to all i.e. restaurants, municipal sports complex, church, and the beach. There is a public parking area near it too.

There is noone at the reception. The place is unsafe
Anyone can get it because the main door remains unlocked and there's nobody at the entrance to monitor people's movement. There's a sign for video monitor but where are they?
There was a bug spray can (for roaches) on the reception counter. That's a sign that this place is bug infected.
This place also has a foul odor. It needs better ventilation. It gives the impression of being a dirty place.

town centre is worth a walk round, nice cafes and shops and only short bus ride from Hotel Bonaire.
We love walk down to the beach, but unfortunately the Eurosol centre has gone and there are not many other bars and restaurants or shops nearby.

Benicassim seems to be destination for local Spanish tourists. Every is fantastic, genuine. Of course - as no one speaks English, its not easy to find your way and have dinner. But once you manage to "survive" - everything is so good: the food, the drinks, local stores, streets, beaches. It's not overcrowded tourist destination but fantastic Spanish town

It's a small/ medium sized town with sprawling beaches and all the conveniences of a larger city - bars, restaurants, shops ( I bought a great dress from a shop on the beach - Secretos de India!), cinema, sports center with a pool, kids playground (some on the beaches themselves), art and cultural exhibitions, a bit of history (old tower on the beach). The beaches themselves are very nice ( traveling with a small kid and a baby). The setting is very picturesque as well - mountains in the back and fantastic coastline.
Restaurants we liked include: Da Mirko (pizza), nou cafe (large salds, sandwiches and french fries).
Anywhere in Spain - ask for boquerones - small fish in olive oil. If you can;t find it in a restaurant, the larger supermarkets sell them as well for a bit over 1 euro.

The apt was clean!
The apt was clean!
We had to pick up our key over 10 km from the hotel. Towels were NOT provided!
Most importantly travellers need Wifi and there was none!
This hotel was fine to sleep in - not good value for the surface!

We loved Benicassim.
We loved Benicassim. Plenty of places to visit nearby either by public transport, taxi, bike or car. The beach at Benicassim is sandy, wide and goes on forever. It is raked over every day and the pavements are clean and wide. Plenty of places to eat and drink, or just sit and enjoy the sunset/sunrise. Residents are kind and helpful, all making for a very enjoyable stay.
Very spacious and inviting lobby with big sofas and windows. Large bedroom and bathroom with attractive tiled flooring, super comfortable bed, quality bedding, ample storage. Very good breakfast. Excellent quality for cheap price. Free sheltered parking. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and next to a large supermarket. Lovely pool and garden setting.
Dana and Patricia are so friendly and helpful. They can’t do enough for you. There was a wonderful ambience in the hotel as everyone was enjoying their stay and having a great time.
The hotel is located right in the centre of Benicassim. There’s a very good restaurant opposite called La Manduca.
It is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. We stopped here for 2 nights on our way to Canary Islands. We were looking for a place to stay with our dog and private parking and this place ticked our boxes 100%. Tasty breakfast, nice staff. We also enjoyed the restaurant on the beach.
It is a lovely hotel within walking distance to the main beachfront. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and made us and our dog welcome. We had a sea facing room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Friendly bar staff too.
Wonderful stay in beautiful Benicassim. Hotel was brilliant, everything we needed for our stay. Good room size, balcony and pool, lovely views! We will be returning in the future. Thank you!
