The salt swimming pool is 8 m x 4 m and has a depth of 0.6 m to 1.3 m, perfect for a swim after sunbathing on the sun loungers. The single-storey building has a very attractive interior. The living room invites you to relax and leads to the dining room, which has a TV and a view of the pool. Glass doors lead into the kitchen, where you will find an island with gas hob and induction hob, as well as everything you need to cook comfortably. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. All four bedrooms have wardrobe and ceiling fan. The first bedroom offers two single beds side by side, en-suite bathroom with shower, exit to the outside and space to prepare a cot and high chair if needed, while the others have a double bed (one of them also has access to the garden). There is a second bathroom with shower that serves the whole house. There is ducted AC and central heating, adjustable with individual thermostats for each room.

The kitchen offers the island with the gas top as well as induction top, an all the appliances and needed utensils to become the best chef. The laundry room is independent, and it has a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a tumble dryer. You will rest in one of the 4 bedrooms, all of them with a closet and a ceiling fan. The first bedroom boasts two twin beds together, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, exit to the pool area, and space to prepare a cot and a high chair if you need it. The rest of the bedrooms have a double bed each. There is second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the accommodation. The house features ducted air-conditioning and oil central heating, with individual thermostat in each room.
