We are a company working in holiday rentals of properties in Mallorca. Our aim is to offer a personalized service and a direct attention to our guests. We wish them to relax and enjoy their favourite activities in the island.

Property info

This tow floor villa with private pool is sorrounded by beautiful gardens and set between Pollença and the Port. There are two big covered terraces downstairs, The big dinning room is next to the kitchen, which is open to the terrace next to the pool, which features a barbecue. Downstairs there are also a living room with a fireplace, open to the other terrace, a bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a suite including a bedroom, a bathroom, a dressing room and a terrace with wonderful wiews over the countryside and the mountains.

Neighborhood info

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
