Fine place to stay outside of Tampere, a short drive from the city in a nice neighbourhood. Right next to the grocery store and other places, free parking behind the hotel. Rooms have everything you need (light toiletries, small kitchenette, TV with several channels) but are not overly comfortable for anything but sleeping. Our room had two small twin beds and two plastic chairs.

I loved the location and the hotel itself had the rare beautiful "old world" and yet modern feel to it. And the breakfast was exceptional in choice and variety encompassing some traditional Finnish aspects which was greatly appreciated. The staff working the breakfast shift were extremely polite and helpful too.

It was reasonably close to the train station IF it weren’t for all of the construction around the hotel. We would have been closer staying at the Scandic Tampere City. The staff were pleasant.
