The local owner has traveled and lived extensively abroad, and has a lot of previous hosting experience from houses and cottages before this one. This house was purchased because of it's location in a small village-like setting on the countryside, close to good roads / infrastructure and the city services in Tammisaari, but still in a calm and natural area.

Raseborg / Raasepori and Ekenäs / Tammisaari is an amazing, beautiful and bilingual area in Finland with hundreds of things to see and do. Please check the visitraseborg site. This specific area features three natural sand beaches, the first one within walking distance (approx 500 meters) and great opportunities for forest and sea side walks/hiking/running. A small stable is 100 meters from the house, where the owners daughter keeps a professional summer café/ice cream shop. A car is recommended in order to explore the whole city and region, even if it is possible to arrive by train to Tammisaari, and take a taxi from the train station (4,5 km).
