Though compact, the apartment is small, cozy, and full of character. Just next door, you'll find a lovely organic sourdough bakery, and a few minutes up the road, there’s a convenient minimarket open until 11 PM. The central bus station and the Norrøna ferry terminal (Smyril Line) are just a 4-minute walk away. It’s the perfect base to relax, explore, and enjoy your time in Tórshavn.

Our guests love the location—right in the center of Tórshavn, with everything just steps away. We suggest starting your day by picking up some fresh organic sourdough bread from the bakery next door. Then, take a leisurely stroll through the charming narrow streets of the town and stop for a coffee at Paname Café, located in the old bookstore. Continue your walk through the park to the National Art Gallery, where you can explore a rich collection of Faroese art—both classic and contemporary. We highly recommend picking up some postcards or posters while you’re there—they’re surprisingly affordable! For lunch, try Bitin or Umami, or take a walk to the beautiful Nordic House and enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. In the afternoon, feel the sea breeze by the old fortress, then treat yourself to dinner in the Old Town at one of the atmospheric restaurants: Áarstova, Fútastova, or Barbara. And when you're in the mood to indulge (which we highly recommend!), make sure to stop by Gómagott for their handmade chocolates, delicious cakes, and biscuits—a perfect way to end your day.
