Nice, France is a magical city and the Royal Promenade is the perfect place to experience it. Located right on the Prominade des Anglais, it is at the eastern end of the "Azur Crescent", within easy walking distance of Jardin Albert I, Castle Hill, Old Nice, and several scenic beaches. The apartment is cozy, well equipped, and has its own private balcony. Sarah and her husband were charming and easy to communicate with. We loved the convenient paid parking spot right in the building. There is even a washing machine, a fridge, and a rooftop pool.

Royal Promenade is a beautiful quiet studio, renovated, on the 4th floor of a luxury building with elevator, on the Promenade des Anglais. Paradis Blue is a studio located close to Place Massena, restaurants, the pedestrian area and beaches. Beautifully decorated, the apartment is quiet, fully equipped and air conditioned. it has a nice terrace that will allow you to take your breakfasts, appetizers or meals.

Neighborhood info

Apartment in the heart of the city center, 2 minutes from Place Massena, the pedestrian zone and all its shops and restaurants. Located on the famous Promenade des Anglais, with a view of a large quiet court, you are at 5 minutes walk from all the centers of interest: the old-Nice, Place Masséna, the "Coulée Verte", the Casino Ruhl, the Hard-Rock Café, the beaches, the pedestrian zone ... The buses that make you discover the city or region, are all passing at the bottom of the building. You will be in the very popular: Carré d'Or.
