L'emplacement très central dans la station, proche des cours de ski/snow, des magasins et des remontées mécaniques. Bon équipement (sdb, sdd, 2wc et petite cuisine équipée) et aménagement de l'appartement fonctionnel (nbr de pers/surface). L'équipe d' "euro immobilier" qui gère la location du bien : ils sont hyper disponibles, serviables, acceuillants et très agréable. 2 balcons mais orienté au nord.
