Clean, beautiful view from my room, everything I needed, and very friendly staff.

We looked for an affordable place to stay -- of which there are very few -- and Les Mélèzes exactly fit the bill. It is a bit old-fashioned with very simple rooms, e.g., our quad room had two normal twin beds and two bunk beds. The huge surprise as the dinner and breakfast, which were outstanding with fresh garden vegetables and fresh cheese. Not only that, they were reasonably priced: the same food at a restaurant would have easily been double the price,.

On est resté 1 seule nuit, le matin on est parti très tôt pour faire l’Aiguille de la Grande Sassière. Les filles ont été super gentilles, même si on n’a pas pu profiter dû petit déjeuner elle nous ont préparé des sandwiches pour le matin. Merci beaucoup ! 🍀🙏🏻

Staff was super helpful in all regards. Especially making dinner reservations and mailing airpods that were left behind. We had a three person room which was spacious and with big bathroom. Very comfortable. Really nice experience.

The team was wonderful and very helpful. The front desk attendants helped us with our delayed luggage issue. They turned a disappointing start from British airways completely around. The rooms were very cozy. The food was great. The spa was very relaxing.

Wonderful central location! Modern alpine furnishings. Always love to have a coffee machine and a towel warmer in a wintry location! Staff was super!

We spent an excellent vacation and it was mostly thanks to the amazing concierge service at the hotel!

We absolutely loved the spa and both my partner and I had the best massages of our lives there. The breakfast was healthy and with lots of variety, and the property in general was beautiful. The best was the service though. Absolutely everything was taken care of for us! Super easy to rent skis as the shop is literally next door, and when you come down from the slopes you’re straight onto the hotel. Definitely the best located hotel in Val D’Isere.
