Lovely 55m² property, ski in ski out. Sleeps 4-5 people. Situated on the 4th floor of the Prariond residence in Val Claret, south facing with large balcony. Renovated in a wooden/mountain décor in a nice condition. Good light with large bay windows. In the main room there is a large wooden dresser on the left and kitchen on the right with new wooden cupboards and work surface. Dishwasher, fridge, mini oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and 4 ringed electric hob. Dining table with 2 benches and living area with coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, trundle-style sofa bed, and armchair. Access onto large balcony with views over the Grande Motte range. Bedroom has a single bed and bunk bed and wardrobe for storage. Access onto the balcony. Separate WC Bathroom recently renovated with bath and nice large shower and cupboard. Ski locker. Well-cared for residence. Linen, towels and end of stay clean not included but can be booked if required (50 euros for full end of stay clean, 30 euros per person for bedding and towels, tea towels and bath mats) NON SMOKING APARTMENT; ANIMALS NOT PERMITTED Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: Umbrella baby bed : 20.0 euros. Baby chair : 20.0 euros. Linen package (Sheets towel) : 30.0 euros. End of stay cleaning 2 rooms : 80.0 euros. Property managed by a professional. Discreet well-cared for residence right on the snowfront giving super speedy access to Tufs chairlift as well as ski school meeting points. A great choice! Unload car in front of building. Next to Hotel Vanoise, near the Club Med.
