Loved the apartment! Very spacious, quiet, clean, and in a good location, just a 20-minute walk to the sea. There is a brasserie and a small supermarket on the doorstep. The train station and tram stops are within walking distance. Good communication with staff.

2nd floor apartment without elevator in the heart of the city. The entire apartment is soundproofed by double glazing. It is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with a large sofa, a large bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower and 1 toilet. Shower towels and all linens are provided. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your meals as well as a Nespresso machine, a teapot, a toaster and a microwave. We are pleased to offer you 1 set of Nespresso capsules and tea upon arrival. If you need more space we have a second apartment on the same floor (URBAN 3) that can accommodate 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. do not hesitate to contact us to know the availability! Our apartments are managed by a professional team who take care of customers reliably professionally. The multilingual team speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish. We also have a housekeeping and management team to ensure that your apartment will be cleaned before your arrival.
