Property info

Situated at the crossroads of Provence and the French Riviera, La Ciotat combines the beauty of the old cities with the dynamism of a seaside city in full revival. Our 78m2 apartment is located in a 17th century building, in one of the most noble streets of the old town (with several mansions), and offers a magnificent view over the Old Port, the heart of the ciotadenne city.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located at the entrance of Old La Ciotat, a very old Provencal neighborhood, almost totally pedestrian and very commercial. The heart of the city is the Port Vieux, from where depart the tourist boats to the calanques or to the nearby Green Island. The ancient port is also a place full of history, since for a long time it was here (on the side of the port opposite the apartment) that one made the largest ships in the world. The industrial site, largely converted, is now used to repair mega-yachts. The harbor is a lively area, with many restaurants and many activities organized by the municipality and associations.
