## The space Nice and bright flat with a nice decoration in a quiet area. You will have access to a complete and recent equipment. There is a wardrobe in each bedroom and at the stairs there are protective barriers for safe access for children if needed. The bathroom was refurbished in early 2022. The flat does not have an exterior but due to its privileged location, the street in front of the flat overlooks the beach, you can take advantage of the beach to have a picnic, there are also the terraces of the restaurants that are next door and the Moorish park at 10 minutes walk where you will find games for children. If you rent bicycles, we have a specific secure room at your disposal. The room in the basement has an opening onto a private and closed path. The size of the beds: 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160 and sofa bed 140. ## Guest access Parking is free in front of the flat.
