SUITE ROYAL LUXEMBOURG is a unique 1 bedroom apartment located on the Promenade des Anglais in the only building in the city center with rooftop pool. You will be charmed by the location: the Royal Luxembourg is located in the residence of the same name, a few meters from the beaches and the sea. In addition, on the roof of the residence, you will have access to a swimming pool with views panoramic view of the sea. This is one of the most famous buildings in the city center. The apartment has a free internet WIFI connection by fiber optic . Located on the Promenade des Anglais, you will be in the heart of the Golden Square of Nice. You will be only a few meters from the beach and the sea, as well as the pedestrian street and its restaurants. In addition, by joining Place Masséna just 5 minutes walk, you will have access to the Avenue Jean Médecin and its many shops, or the Old Town, ideal place to test all the specialties of Nice. A few meters from the apartment you will find a bus stop, allowing you to easily move around Nice. By joining the Avenue Jean Médecin, you will have access to the tramway.
