Beautiful property. Gated entrance made it feel secure. Loved the pool area and garden. The decor is playful and kitschy which I love. It was nice to have breakfast by the pool. Central location in town.

We loved going to the Bar du Soleil for rosé and beer, the Salon de Thé for coffee and tea with a croissant and chocolate cookie, but also to a bar on the Route National of which we forgot the name but has green coloured windows.
We ate at Le Pitou and Le Petit Freinet. It was delicious French food.
It is very easy to get around as The Nut House is very well situated in La Garde-Freinet. Walking distance to everything to soak up the French life.
The people in the village were very kind. All the time you hear "Bonjour", "Bonne journee", "Au revoir".
The Spar and Proxi sell everything you need. Baguettes, cheeses, wines, beer etcetera.
We spent one night in our accommodation where we cooked ourselves and stocked up with lovely meat from the butcher. There are two perfect butchers who have got lovely meats.
The beautiful and quiet beaches of Bonne Terrasse are half an hour drive.
The most beautiful village of Gassin is less than half an hour drive and you can have a beautiful of the Saint Tropez bay.

Just an amazing place! We couldn’t wait better. The location is fantastic, surrounded of mountains and pure nature. The design of the hotel was made by famous designer from Monaco. We also had a grate dinner at the restaurant and their local vine rose. Breakfast was also very good with a choice of fresh juices and local cheese. I think the price was fear enough for the high season and the quality of the place comparing other hotels in the area.
Calm hotel in the middle of the wineyards.
Possibility to taste/drink house wines.
Very large pool where you can relax and enjoy live Dj session late in the afternoon.
Good quality food in the restaurant.
Free electric car charger if needed.
Excellent reception staff, always trying to help and bringing up solutions to any problems.
Gym room is not very large but enough to workout properly
Kids friendly
It was our second stay. We loved it the first time and still do. Due to it's "remote" location the venue offers a lot of
tranquillity. Even if I write remote La Garde-Freinet is close by and offers everything you need. The ocean is only a short drive away. So you have best of both: Quietness if you want it and the ocean close by.
The breakfast was fine, the selection of bread was good. but for 25 € per person at least what I expect.
The hotel itself is very beautiful and cozy. Be aware that you are in the middle of nowhere. Next town is a 15 min drive and if you like to eat somewhere else for dinner you need a car and at least 25 min drive.
this lovely family run hotel is one of our best discoveries in the South of France. Everything is made with love, attentive, kind and friendly owners, very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Close to Saint Tropez. Great pool. Everything about this place was great. It was very sad to leave. We recommend 100%.
Breakfast very good, croissants & pain au chocolat just the best I never ate.
Location, staff, design & comfort of rooms.
Design of the hotel.
Food at the restaurant & pool very good.
