This charming 28 m² apartment in Dinard can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. We're waiting for you ! The apartment comprises - 23 m² living room with TV, dining area and queen-size retractable bed (160×200) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 3m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Free Wifi - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Reservations and payment must be made with the concierge at least 4 days before your arrival. After this time, no linen can be booked. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
