The following equipment will be at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine and Iron. Please note that sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost. The assets of the apartment are its clear view and its luminosity (it is sunny). But above all its proximity to the beaches (3 minutes) It is also very appreciated for its location - in the city center ; - near various bars and restaurants; - 280 m from an "Intermarché EXPRESS" for your daily shopping; - 2 minutes walk from the 3AS cinema; - 3 minutes from the St Jean shopping street.
