## The space The apartment, nestled on the third and top floor of the building, has been completely renovated for optimum functionality. You'll be the first occupant of this carefully renovated space. It comprises a spacious room of around 16 square meters, doubling as a living room with a sofa bed (size 160 x 200) for peaceful nights. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, TV screen and stools around the counter to enjoy your meals. The four well-oriented windows offer a panoramic view of the city's rooftops. The pleasant, well-appointed bathroom invites you to relax with its shower, while the toilet completes the space. A large wardrobe is also at your disposal to complete your stay.
