Reception helped us book visits at Lynch-Bages and Gruaud Larose and made us feel welcome even before we ended up at the hotel. Upon arriving, everyone from reception to the porters to the cleaning staff had a smile on their faces and were exceedingly kind. We were given a free upgrade to the Junior Suite to our surprise. A much larger room in comparison to the one we had booked. We also really enjoyed the pool and the delicious food at Cafe Lanival, a short walk away from the hotel.
SingaporeThe hotel is set right in the vineyards. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing and the staff were superb. Although the restaurant is currently closed the associated bistro in the village is only a couple of minutes walk and the food there was superb. The pool was perfect and the loungers very comfortable. The bed was exceedingly comfortable too. Thoroughly recommended hotel.
