This is a classic chalet style building that is 48m2 and has everything you need to be in the alps. * Sheets and towels included. * Garage parking. * Large balcony * 600 m to Prarion cable car * 650 m To the bakery * 2.5 km to grocery shop * 6km from Chamonix ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Please check your Airbnb Messages for the guidebook. It will have all the check-in instructions plus more! The apartment is 48m2 ***UPDATES*** This property has a fireplace which can be used for an even warmer atmosphere. Please note that using it is not necessary to heat the apartment and that we are concerned by the pollution in Chamonix caused by wood-burning fireplaces. ***PETS*** This apartment does not allow ANY pets, sorry ***SMOKING*** All we ask is that you do not smoke in the apartment. The patio is private, we can only ask you to please respect the rules and smoke outside. ***BEDS*** The 1st Bedroom bed is 140X190 The 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds ***KITCHEN*** The kitchen has all the basic amenities you need to cook, including a stove, hot plate, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, pots pans and all dinnerware. ***LIVING ROOM*** The living room has a couch and 2 chairs. You will find a TV with cable and some board games. We want you to truly enjoy the outdoors and explore the beautiful mountains of Chamonix Mont Blanc.
