The hotel room was spacious, very cozy, and beautifully designed. It’s the oldest hotel in Chamonix, one of the few that existed from the beginning, and it has been renovated in an amazing way. The vibe is so cool, and the staff were very helpful.

The location was great, so central but not noisy. The room was small but with a big bathtub and a separate toilet which was nice. It was warm and clean and the people were really friendly. Breakfast was good value for Chamonix.

Everything. The location of the hotel is the best. Supermarket spar shop just 1 min by walk . All summits behind you just 10 min by walk . The river sound is the best experience about the hotel.. all crew are smiling and supporting. Breakfast is delicious ( the eggs )

Breakfast was good with lots of different options for both vegetarians as well as Non-vegetarians. It is located next to a stream and has lots of beautiful walking paths starting from there. Many good restaurants are nearby and it also has an inhouse restaurant so you can relax and have Dinner at the same place where you are staying. It is close to the Chamonix Lez Praz Station and also to La Flegere Gondola & L'Index Lift. You can also walk for about 15-20 minutes to Chamonix Mont Blank conveniently from there. Staff was very friendly and good. Room had all the necessary amenities with a balcony facing the mountains.

The place is classic-from the staff, to guests to the bar and restaurant- I would not change a thing.

Friendly and kind staff, very quiet, clean, and spacious rooms, fresh cold water available on each floor, fantastic and very convenient location to walk everywhere in town, the cleanest spa I’ve ever been to, great breakfast, and stunning views from the balcony! Very convenient elevator from the parking garage to the room. I travel with a handicapped (large) dog who requires a stroller, and this was the easiest hotel we’ve stayed at. Great natural shaded area out back of the hotel for dogs. The staff was very welcoming and kind towards my dog, and the crib and cute blanket set up in the room was perfect for my infant. Highly recommend this hotel!!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent and close to many attractions and services. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
