To keep you informed, we would like to point out that small detail finishes will be progressively improved over time (1 wall in the stairwell leading to the bedroom is not yet painted and the bottom of some walls (5cm) are waiting to be covered by skirting boards) These small details aside, the apartment is very welcoming, pleasant and comfortable. Elegant triplex with charm and calm in the countryside, 15 minutes from Geneva airport, 15 minutes from the beaches of Céligny and Versoix, 5 minutes from the shopping center of Chavannes-de-Bogis and 5 minutes from the Sunday market of Divonne-les-Bains. This apartment has been tastefully decorated and is fully equipped with a modern layout of high standard. It will be your ideal point of fall for your escapades or your vacations in Geneva or on the Lemanic arc.
Non smoking, clean, friendly, Swiss, married couple. We love sport, see & mountains, beautiful design, nature, animals and pets. Laurence is a law specialist, an artist and a sailing competent crew. René is a highly qualified skiing Instructor, a qualified skipper and a business Consultant.
In the countryside, 15 minutes from Geneva airport, 15 minutes from the beaches of Céligny and Versoix, 5 minutes from the shopping center of Chavannes-de-Bogis and 5 minutes from the Sunday market of Divonne-les-Bains. Located in the middle of the Lemanic countryside, rural and forest walks are immediately available from the residence. The ski resorts within 30 minutes are in St-Cergue (CH), Les Rousses (F) and Crozet (F) Monts-Jura. Megève (F) is 1 hour away by car and Villars-sur-Ollon (CH) is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
