Everything was perfect! The location for the village, great parking, the balcony with view where I sat daydreaming of owning a home there, the breakfast with every whim met, the hosts Edell and John who were the nicest people. Highly recommend this place - in fact it is the best I’ve stayed in since arriving and traveling around France 3 weeks ago - wish I had stayed longer as my next place is no where near the caliber of Edell’s.

Monpazier is one of the best preserved bastide villages in France and was established by Edward I in 1284. The weekly market is on Thursdays. The wide choice of restaurants serve delicious meals to satisfy all tastes.
