The building with his 2 elevators is classified as historical monuments. The beautiful studio combines the charm of the old with the comfort of the modern style, it is all renovated, clear and pleasant, it is suitable for a couple, or one person with a child. A delicious Nespresso coffee awaits you, so what else?
I love the French Riviera, the Mediterranean sea, the sun, cafes and restaurants, this is the reason why I chose this location. This apartment seduced me by the charm of the old architecture with its high and decorated ceiling, its old oak parquet floor, we just redo the bathroom (shower) and kitchen (dishwasher addition) to be more confortable, it will seduce you.
The appartment is very well located, in the Golden Square, at 50 m from the sea and the Negresco, it allows to visit Nice city center on feet and around Nice by train (10-min), bus (less than 5 min walk) or boat. Everything is so easy when you are in this area, the beach at less then 5 min walk, 3 supermarkets, bars, restaurants are at the foot of the building; the old town and at 10 min walk, 2 gardens at 5 min walk, cinema and nightclub at 5 min... ! He only has strengths, for all ages and all cultures, the choice is yours!
