The holiday apartment "Locations-06 L'eugénie", which is situated in Le Bar-sur-Loup, overlooks the nearby mountains. The 84 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with showers and bathtubs), as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property boasts a private outdoor area featuring a garden, open terrace, and barbecue. 2 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed for an additional fee, however, pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas and must never be left alone in the cottage or the garden. Towels and bed linens can be provided for an additional fee. Smoking inside and celebrating events are not allowed, while smoking is permitted outside.
