This is our third stay at this property and it fits our needs perfectly. The house is very clean, quiet and secure. It is nicely equipped for self-catering and has a good location with easy access to Epernay, freeways and shopping area. CDG is less than two hours away, so we didn't have a problem to get to the airport at 9:30 to catch the flight. The property offers private secure parking on-site. Good shower with plenty of hot water due to tank-less heater. Plenty of space for a family of four. Leclerc supermarket is less than 5 min away, which makes self-catering easy (assuming you've a car). Host is friendly, helpful and caring; in addition, she lives close by which is important in case of some unexpected problems (such as lost key, for instance). Check-in/check-out couldn't being simpler and faster. WiFi is fast and reliable, w/o portal to mess with. We will definitely stay here again; thanks!

Perfect place to stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. House has good , functional floor plan. Quiet location, practically no noise of any kind between 7pm and 8 am. Only local traffic on the street. Host lives next door and very supportive. Practically immediate response by SMS. Location is convenient, easy access to freeways and reasonably close to all tourists attractions. Even places like Troyes are within day trip distance. CDG is less then 2 hours away. The house was absolutely amazing! 5 minutes to Epernay by car, amazing hikes just behind the house on paved roads through the vineyards. We opted for the breakfast which featured tasty and unique items every morning, the fresh apple juice was my favorite. Both host were on site and very welcoming, you will get a great nights sleep as the house is tucked away on a side street in the village.

A very well kept gite in a quiet location, convenient for the Champagne region. Host nearby and very welcoming. Happy to help and equally happy to leave you to your own devices. Perfect for us. The accommodation is very clean. Bedrooms, shower room and one toilet upstairs. Beds are comfortable and the bedding is good quality. Towels likewise. Downstairs kitchen with dining area and living room area plus a second toilet. Good selection of cushions and a big sofa. Huge TV in living area and a smaller one in each bedroom. Tea and coffee making facilities were a bonus after a long journey. Everything easy to operate. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Secure parking right next to the side door makes unloading a breeze! Would happily stay here again.

Location is perfect to visit the champagne area. Quiet street with nice surroundings. Property is very spacious, clean and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the barbecue, having bikes available also a great plus! Sylvie the owner is super kind and friendly, she lives next door and is always available. Great value for the price, already for a couple and if you come with more people to use the second room, even more. We will definitely recommend this stay to our friends that want to visit the area. The property was in an immaculate condition we were given a price for 2 even though full occupancy could be 6. The littel added touches of decoration were very nice and made you feel at home. All facilities eg cooker, dish washer were in great condition. Access to Epernay only around 5km drive and local supermarche around 2km in Pierry

Lovely two bedroom house in a rural village close to Epernay in the Champagne district. There are no shops in the village but it is very close to villages with all facilities. You need a car to fully appreciate the joys of Champagne here, but I’d argue that you do anyway. Guided tours of somewhere like Champagne can change the leisurely pace that life is lived here and limits the special little things that can be done like pic-nics, walks among the vines and fishing in La Marne. The house is impeccable in cleanliness and in style. It’s made to be a home away from home and has every possible amenity including washing machine and bikes. You can walk around the village of Vinay and do tastings at the many small Champage houses there.
