Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Trémouille, this charming house of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m² with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a closed courtyard. Come and relax in this house and enjoy a rejuvenating stay, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 25 m² with dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, gas cooker, freezer, electric coffee machine... - A back kitchen with washing machine. On the first floor: - A living room with a corner sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD and video library. - Bedroom 1: a single bed (90×190), a bunk bed with two single beds, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. - Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a double bed (140×190), a cot, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. - A shower room with shower and washbasin. - Separate WC. Other remarks: - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - Electricity consumption will be entirely at the tenant's expense. A meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure (payment to be made on site). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Set 2 pers with towels (2 large and 2 small) and bath mat for 20 euros; Set 1 pers with towels (1 large and 1 small) and bath mat for 10 euros. - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our service provider on the spot). You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops in the surrounding towns, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
